You may encounter some road or alley blockages near the home during your stay. Construction will not be going on outside of weekday 8am-5pm hours. Parking can be found on 7th and 8th Street.

Parking is street parking only, please be mindful of the city parking signs. Most of our guests bring a car, as public transit in the mountains is scarce.

There are NO PETS allowed at this home - sorry, $100 fine if violated and immediate departure. Owners occupy this home part-time and have two dogs so this home is not recommended for people allergic or sensitive to dogs.
No smoking, anything, inside of the property. Please go outside if you'd like to smoke tobacco or marijuana and dispose of butts properly.
The home has a level 2 EV charger in back.
Staying in the mountains offers a unique and nature-immersed experience, characterized by a rustic charm. Altitude sickness is real. In Leadville/ Twin Lakes, the elevation can be up to 10,000 feet. Symptoms can include dizziness and nausea, so please be mindful of this.
