This home is located in a great vacation community called the Cabins at Edgewater, which is primarily set up for guests, families and owners to enjoy the area. There is an outdoor pool, hot tub & pond for fishing. Great family weekend getaway!
Pretty much all of our guests bring their car. The pool & hot tub are walking distance from the house (please see "other things to note" section for detailed info on pool/hot tub hours). The town of Granby, Ski Resorts and most Hiking requires a car.
Short drive to Summit Colorado's best skiing, including Winter Park and Steamboat Springs. Whether you're looking for a family getaway or a place for your group of friends, this is perfect for you. Other activities in the area include: mountain biking, kayaking, white water rafting, 4 wheel driving.

This property does not have air conditioning.
Pets are not allowed on this property. If we find that you have brought a pet you will be asked to check-out early. Please note that parking on the street or in neighbor's driveways is NOT permitted. There is an HOA penalty of $100 for doing this. Overflow parking is located across the street.
Pool & Hot Tub Schedule
The pool will be closed November - April. It will open May 27th weekend and close after Labor Day weekend in September.
The hot tub schedule is as follows:
CLOSED - October - Nov 21
Opens: Nov 22 - Nov 27
Opens: Fri-Sunday through Dec 23
Opens daily: Dec 23 to Dec 31
Open: January - April: Friday - Sunday
CLOSED April 24-May 29th
Opens: daily June -August

Excellent place to stay. It was spacious, cozy, and clean.Show more Nuestra llegada fue increíble , el lugar era como en la descripción , mis hijos estuvieron muy felices. La zona estaba un poco alejada pero con vehículo no hubo inconveniente.
El único inconveniente es que al usar el baño todos , éramos 7 personas , el agua caliente no fue suficiente y algunos nos tuvimos que bañar con agua fría. Lo reportamos de inmediato y a las 2 horas enviaron un técnico, pero ya no estábamos en la cabaña ya que al perder mucho tiempo en esperar el agua caliente nos perdimos unas actividades que habíamos reservado. También es importante considerar que en la planta alta la calefacción no funciona muy bien y se pasa un poco de frío.
