Downtown Twin Lakes is just a few minutes away. Leadville is a 20 minute drive with all restaurants, shopping, and entertainment!
The best way to get around is with a car as there is no public transportation to get to and from this home. Please note, in the winter season when snowfall is heavy (usually after Christmas), a four wheel drive vehicle is recommended. After a certain point, the roads are not paved. The neighborhood plows the main roads.

The home is pet friendly with a pet fee of $100 + tax for 1 pet and $200 + tax for 2 pets max.
NO FIREWORKS AT ALL EVER and if we find out about it, you will be fined $500. Due to the location of this property, being secluded in the woods, it will not be tolerated!

Altitude sickness is real. In Leadville/ Twin Lakes, the elevation can be up to 10,000 feet. Symptoms can include dizziness and nausea, so please be mindful of this. We enjoyed our stay at Dotys’s cabin. Awesome accommodations and views. Close to lakes for fishing and Leadville for shopping and restaurants. Would definitely plan to come back and stay there again!Show more Randy
