- Skiing at nearby Ski Cooper, Copper Mountain, Keystone, Breckenridge, Vail and Beaver Creek
- Ice skating, sledding, snowshoeing, snowmobiling and Nordic skiing on the Mineral Belt Trail.

Pretty much all of our guests bring a car to get around. There is plenty of parking and it's an easy walk to Main Street.

Parking is shared with the other units. There is also a two car limit for the driveway for this listing so please make sure to carpool if you need to!
This home has 2 apartments on the bottom level of the home. The apartments have separate entrances and shouldn't affect your stay, but please note that noise travels easily so we have implemented 10pm to 8am quiet hours.
Yes, we are pet friendly -There is an additional pet fee if you are bringing a pet (2 pets max) - $70 +tax for one, $140 +tax for two.
Note: under no circumstances can you leave your pet(s) unattended at the property - there are doggy day care/ dog boarding options or take your pet with you! Violations of this may be met with a $100 fine or we may ask you to check-out early.

Altitude sickness is real. In Leadville/ Twin Lakes, the elevation can be up to 10,000 feet. Symptoms can include dizziness and nausea, so please be mindful of this. This is one of the nicest stays we ever had. We were here for the Leadville 100 run. It was the perfect place to prepareShow more This is an OK place in a pinch, but it is rundown, especially on the exterior. It was musty smelling inside and the master bathroom shower leaked terribly at the base of the enclosure. We won’t be staying here again, much better locations in LeadvilleShow more Ana Paula
